3. Service Guideline:
3.1 Basic trouble shoo ng chart
Problem
Cause & Remedy
1. If display shows
"Hea ng…" for a long me
1. Check loose connec ons con nuity at heater/
fuse/ holder relay/ terminals.
2. Check loose connec ons at main controller card
connector & rec fy.
3. Check 230 Volt AC supply across heater.
terminal, if power supply not detected replace
heater.
4. If Power supply not detected check DC signal
across relay terminals.
a) If power supply not detected replace relay.
b) If power Supply not detected, than replace
controller card.
2. If display shows
"LOW WATER FILL".
1. Check water level in bubble top.
2. Check con nuity of float valve wire from
controller card to tank.
3. Overhea ng in Boiler tank.
1. Check loose connec on of temperature sensor
on the boiler.
2. Check DC supply across the relay if 24 V is not
detected then replace the relay.
3. Check bimetallic thermostat connec on properly.
4. Electric Shock.
1. Check earthing/ polarity in supply Socket.
2. Check water leaking inside the machine and
rec fy it.
3. Check loose connec on of earthing wire machine
body.
4. Check con nuity between machine body & earth
pin on 6/16 Amp power plug. If con nuity is not there
replace power cord.
