Draining the hydraulic unit
-Remove the facade from the hydraulic unit.
-
Open all the valves and the drainage valve.
-
Open the hydraulic unit’s bleeders.
-
Open the installation's air bleeder.

Directional valve
If the installation is fitted with a DHW tank.
Carefully comply with the direction for fitting the
distribution valve:
Channel AB
: Output to the hydraulic unit.
Channel A
open: Return from the DHW tank.
Channel B
open: Return from the heating circuit.
Ensure that the general electrical power supply has been cut off
before starting any repair work.
Warning :If frequent refills are required it is
essential that you look for any leaks.
If you need to fill up and reset the pressure,
check the type of fluid originally used.
Recommended filling pressure: between 1 and 2 bar
(the exact filling pressure is determined according to the
installation's manometric head).
Every year.
-
Check the expansion vessel pressure (pre-inflation of
1 bar) and the correct operation of the safety valve.
-
Check and clean the filter valve on the heating circuit
return.
If the installation is fitted with a DHW tank:
-Verify the safety unit on the cold water supply inlet.
-Run it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
-Check the disconnector.

Checking the electrical circuit
-Check connections and tighten where necessary.
-Check the condition of the cabling and plates.

- Remove the clip
using pliers.
- Clean the filter.
