10.1 FCC Statement
Declaration of Conformity with FCC Rules for Electromagnetic Compatibility
We, ATI Industrial Automation of 1031 Goodworth Drive, Apex, NC 27539, declare under our sole
responsibility that the Wireless Multi-Axis Force/Torque Transmitter models, WNET-NA-x, FTWN-NA-x,
comply with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device
may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including
interference that may cause undesired operation.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant
to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses,
and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction
manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a
residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the user will be required to correct the
interference at their own expense.
FCC Radiation Exposure Statement
The SAR limit for North America is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. This product (FCC ID:
2ACKB-9105WNET) has also been tested against this SAR limit. The highest SAR value reported under
this standard during product certification for use when properly worn on the body is 1.04 W/kg.
This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the device kept 0mm from the
body. To maintain compliance with IC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that do not contain
metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not
comply with IC RF exposure requirements, and should be avoided.
Modifications
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the
user’s authority to operate the equipment.
