TROUBLESHOOTING
Nothing turns on
Lack of or insufficient mains voltage.
Check the electrical circuit and connect the machine
correctly.
Plug inserted in the wrong socket.
Connect the plug properly.
Wrong power voltage selected.
Set the voltage selector to the correct position, also
check the transformer power supply.
Monitor power switch OFF.
Set the monitor power switch to ON.
Keyboard
Keyboard not accepting commands.
Keyboard connection cable not connected.
Make sure the cable is inserted in the computer inside
the aligner.

Perform the compensation procedure again making sure,

MAINTENANCE
WARNING
The producer declines all liability for claims deri-
ving from the use of non-original spare parts or
accessories.
WARNING
Unplug the machine from the socket and make
sure that all moving parts have been locked be-
fore performing any adjustment or maintenance
operation.
Do not remove or modify any parts of this machine (ex-
cept for servicing).
CAUTION
Keep the work area clean.
Never use compressed air and/or jets of water to
remove dirt or residues from the machine.
When cleaning the area take all possible measures to
avoid spreading dust, as far as possible.
• Put back the target with caution and in a dry place, thus
preventing wrong adjustments that may result in wrong
measurements.
• Calibrate at least every six months.
• Keep the guides of the target coupling clamps clean.
• Keep the turntables and the oscillating footboards on
which vehicle alignment is performed perfectly clean
and do not oil or grease them.
SCRAPPING INFO
If the machine is to be scrapped, remove all electrical,
electronic, plastic and metal components and dispose
of them separately, as provided for by local legislation
(Fig.36-37).
