Installation of the limit switches
a.
Raise the lift to the maximum height (see technical data).

Perform a functional test of the limit switch.

Lower the lift to a height of 400mm above the ground.

Perform a functional test of the CE stop.
10.
Final function check
a. Check the strength of the safety anchors
b. Check synchronization and light barriers
c.
Check limit switches for function
d. Signal sounders when CE stop is reached
e. Oil level check
f.
Lift a load of approx. 2,000 kg to approx. 1,000 mm height
g. Then lower the load to the first notch (approx. 500 mm).
h. When continuing to lift, check the synchronization and adjust if necessary.
i.
Lower the load and mount the missing covers.
11.
After setting up, fill in the attached test book.
For optimum corrosion protection, we recommend applying a cavity sealant.
Furthermore, use a suitable silicone for joints.
