Syslog Server
To record all the events that take place on Serial Console Server and write
them to a Syslog server, do the following:
1. Check
Enable

2. Key in either the IPv4 address, IPv6 address, or domain name of the
Syslog server.
3. Key in the port number. The valid port range is 1
-
65535.

SMS Settings
To receive notifications via SMS, do the following:
1. Check
Enable
.
2. Enter the telephone numbers for the
Message Center
and
SMS Receiver
.
Note: When you have made all your changes, remember to click
Save
at the
bottom right corner of the page.

External USB Drive
To record all the events that take place on Serial Console Server and write
them to an external USB drive, do the following:
1. Check
Enable
.
2. Select the drive you wish to write the events to.
3. Key in the file name for the log.
