UNFOLD THE 2 IN 1 ROWER / RECUMBENT BIKE 

a.  Pull out the RELEASE KNOB(59) and unfold the RAIL(52). Make sure the RAIL(52) is 

locked securely in the unfolded position by RELEASE KNOB(59). 

b.  Remove the PULL PIN(63) and swing the REAR SUPPORT(62) backward, then lock 

the REAR SUPPORT(62) in position with the PULL PIN(63).
