• The IXI heater has a special venturi-type combustion system which self
compensates for changes in barometric pressure up to 1372 m (4500′) above
sea level. At elevations above 1372 m (4500′), the heater MJ output can be
expected to be reduced by 4% for every 305 m (1000′) over 1372 m (4500′)
above sea level.
