Programming delayed cooking
The duration selection operation gives the
option of a delayed start time.

WAIT

COOKING advice
For fan-assisted cooking, do not use shelf 1 or
5: they are in the direct line of the air, which
could burn delicate dishes.
If cooking in BARBECUE mode, place the
drip tray on level 1 to catch the cooking juices
and grease.
MULTI-LEVEL

Place the drip tray at the bottom and the
grids at top.
PIZZAS or FOCACCIA

Use a light aluminium dish with maximum
diameter of 30 cm and place on the oven grid.

If the pizzas have plenty of topping, add the
mozzarella only half way through cooking.
BARBECUE
