the number of hours of runtime that should pass before an alarm is triggered. It is also
possible to rename the three maintenance intervals.

Maintenance counter 1

is for fan time/total HVAC time

Maintenance counter 2

is for ‘cooling’

Maintenance counter 3

is for ‘cooling or heating’
