Problem Possible cause Solution
The lock is not
unlocked, even
though the
unlocking control
input is activated.
The lock is also
connected via the
Hi-O
Technology™ bus .
When operating via the Hi-O Tech-
nology™ bus , use the IO module
to trigger the grey connecting
cable of the lock at the function-
less
unlocking control input
(observe separate manual for the
lock).
The voltage has just
been switched on on
the lock. Wait until the lock is ready for use
after a restart (observe separate
manual for the lock).
With activated plug &
play mode, the lock is
separated from the
Hi-O Technology™ bus .
Deactivate plug & play via DIP
switch 3 (“Connections”, page 36).
Reset the IO module in the factory
settings.
