Intended use
The OneSystem ® IO module N5951 (IO module) is suitable for the digital connec-
tion of OneSystem ® locks via Hi-O Technology™. It serves as a connection to
conventional devices, for example:
· access control,
· on-site interlock controls or
· monitoring controls.
External controls and tripping contacts can be connected to the non-isolated
digital inputs. Functional conditions of the locks can be queried via the poten-
tial-free relay outputs and external devices can be controlled.
If materials or products not described in this manual are connected, such as
cables or locks, the descriptions for the use and installation from the respective
manufacturer must be observed.
In the secure use of a motor lock on fire and smoke control doors, in addition to
the
IO module N5951 , the fire protection module 519ZBFS also has to be connected.
The OneSystem ® IO module N5951 is suitable for installation and use in accordance
with this manual. It is not intended for any other type of use.
