Reaction Delay Time

Available only for “Enhanced CBR”, sets the maximum time in milliseconds for which

the Target Bitrate Maximum is allowed.

Quality Level

Sets the level of the image quality of video stream, the higher number the higher

quality. The range of quality can be set by the Quality Level Max and Min.

After set up, click [Save] to save the settings.
