Problem
Appliance cools continuously
for a long time.
•
The ambient temperature is too high.
•
The door has been opened for too long or too frequently.
•
The door does not seal properly (the seal is dirty, the door is
misaligned or the seal is damaged, etc.).
•
A larger quantity of bottles is newly inserted.
•
Insufficient air circulation around the compressor and condenser.
Check that there is sufficient ventilation around the appliance.
Appliance makes a noise.
•
The appliance is cooled by a cooling system with a noise-causing
compressor. The noise level depends on the installation of the
appliance, its correct use and age.
•
When you connect the appliance to the power supply, the noise
made by the compressor or liquid refrigerant may be slightly
louder. This does not indicate a fault and has no effect on the
service life of the appliance.The appliance will produce more
noise for some time.
•
The appliance may temporarily produce more noise after the
door has been opened for too long or too frequently or, there is
a large amount of newly inserted bottles.
•
The appliance may produce more noise when operating in a high
temperature environment.
Check if LED lighting is turned on. For additional information see
chapter »Settings/Light«.
Some or all LED lights are
not working.
You may not try to repair LED lighting. Please contact a service center.
INFORMATION!
When calling a service center, you will have to state the type, model and serial number indicated
on the type plate on the inside of the appliance [see chapter “Selecting the location”].
When waiting for a service technician, do not open the appliance door to avoid an unnecessary
rise in temperature.
