When the wine label has been recognized you will see its Wine Data tab. If not, you may take another
picture and scan again the label or you can manually input the wine data if you believe the wine is
unlikely to be in the Vivino database (for example, if it is from a domestic wine maker).
List overview
Scroll up or down the list to see all the
registered wines. For each wine you will see;

Bottle overview. Depending on the Inventory Management System this is a visual overview
of the wines;

Generic management system (bottle icon). Overview wines per shelf.
Exact management system (circles icon). Overview wines in specific spots.
Search. Type to search a wine.

Filter. Select one or multiple fields to show such relevant wines;

Only favorite. Displays wines marked as favorite.
•
Only unplaced. Displays wines marked on an ‘unplaced’ position.
•
Vintage. Tap to open numeric keyboard and type the year vintage range.
•
Type (red, dessert, white, fortified, sparkling, rosé, other).
•
Region. Tap to choose a region from the expandable list.
•
Country. Tap to choose a country from the expandable list.
•
Grapes. Tap to choose a type of grape from the expandable list.
•
Show removed. Displays wines deleted from the Inventory. This field will make ‘only
favorite’ and ‘only unplaced’ unavailable.
Sort. Select how to organize the List overview from the following list;
