Cleaning and Replacement Steps of Spark Arrestor Metal Prefilter:
Main Filter shall be removed in order to reach Spark Arrestor Metal Prefilter. In order
to do so refer to “Replacement Steps of Main Filter Element” and apply first 7 steps.
1) Remove Metal Prefilter sealing plate by removing 2pcs M6 butterfly nuts.
2) Remove Metal Prefilter into the CleanArc
®
Tip-5 Bag and Secure and fasten the
open end of the bag with proper band or metal ties.
3) Shake off Filter element for dedusting. DO NOT open bag until dust cloud fully
settles. (Remove filter and Reseal bag. Dispose waste according to environmental
laws!)
4) Replace Metal prefilter and tighten sealing plate and nuts. Replace Main Filter
into its position according to instruction in Page.18!
DISPOSAL OF DUST TRAY:
Main Filter shall be removed in order to reach Dust Tray. In order to do so refer to
“Replacement Steps of Main Filter Element” and apply first 7 steps.
1) TRemove dust tray into the CleanArc
®
Tip-5 Bag and Secure and fasten the open
end of the bag with proper band or metal ties.
2) Empty dust inside the bag. DO NOT open bag until dust cloud fully settles.
(Remove tray and Reseal bag. Dispose waste according to environmental laws!)
3) Replace dust tray. Replace Main Filter into its position according to instruction in
Page.18!
- WARNING! Obey Maintenance Safety measures and
instructions described at Page.14 and apply “Maintenance
Preparation Safety Steps” (Protective Glass, Gloves and
Mask)
- WARNING! Metal Prefilter can be reused for unlimited time
as long as no physical damage occurs. Prefilter can be
washed. In this case prefilter must be dried min. 6 hours
under sunlight or 48hours in room temperature! Using wet
filter can result sudden filter clogging.
