PROBLEM (5) : There is energy, Main Switch is switch ON, motor working
for a while however, switch drops to “0” OFF position after sometime.
Cause
High Motor Current or
Short circuit at electrical
equipment
Remedy
- Control Motor and Motor Connection cable for
short circuit
- Control other Circuit equipment and cables for
short circuit.
- Change faulty equipment.
!Beware! Switching on and off motors more than
20 times in hour create high motor temperature
and could results this fault. Avoid frequent
switching!
PROBLEM (6) : Extraction Arm does not hold its position in the air.
Cause
Extraction arm elbows are
loose or brake pads are
worn.
Remedy
- Retighten elbow connections.
- If retightening makes arm too stiff, control
brake pads and change pads if necessary!
PROBLEM (4) : Operator switch on the main switch (Position “1”), however
switch directly falls to Position “0” immediately and motor is not working!
Cause
Remedy
- For safety, main switch cannot be posi-
tioned at “1” position without electricity
present. If energy exists, Filter unit can be
operated. No Electricity at
