Metadata storage, licensed feature

•

Metadata is fed to the NVR from an external software source through the application

programming interface (API).

•

The NVR synchronizes the metadata with the recordings.

•

Footage can be viewed with the metadata information, or without it.

•

Metadata can be transferred together with footage by archiving or copying recordings to a

local hard disk.

•

Metadata is a licensed feature, not supported in all licenses.
