GigaNIX Connectors and Display:
The faceplate of the GigaNIX has a RJ-45 connector that supports connection of
Category 5 cabling and 4 LEDs. The diagram below depicts the GigaNIX faceplate:
GIGANIX FACEPLATE
The faceplate of the GigaNIX 10/100/1000 adapter has four LEDs; one for each port
speed option 10Mbps (Ethernet), 100Mbps (Fast Ethernet), and 1000Mbps (Gigabit
Ethernet). The fourth Yellow LED is data detected.

either missing or improperly installed.
