GigaNIX 1000T User Manual

Find Unused PCI Slot

 PCI CARD INSTALLATION IN MOTHERBOARD PCI SLOTS

Align the GigaNIX PCI edge connector and the Macintosh motherboard socket as
indicated in the diagram above. The PCI card edge connector contains 'key' notches

that correspond to dividers in the motherboard slot.  Once aligned, push down
firmly on the PCI card until it is completely seated in the slot.

Close the cover of your Mac — Once the GigaNIX card has been successfully

installed, close the G3/G4 system, reattach the power cable, and any other cables

that were removed for the card installation procedure.
