GigaNIX Installation on a Windows NT/2000 platform
This section describes the installation of the GigaNIX in Windows NT environment.

For specific details on performing the hardware installation, please refer to the
system’s user manual.

Windows NT Pre-Installation Checklist
Check to see that your server meets Hardware and Software requirements listed in
the Windows NT System Requirements table below:

Verify that your system is using the latest BIOS.  Review the information in the
ReadMe file on the CD-ROM for more information not available at the time this

manual was written. If your system is active, shut it down

When the system shut down is complete, power off and unplug your system
