Setup Guide
This section covers the initial deployment and configuration of the Amigopod Visitor Management
Appliance.
If you have a hardware appliance, See “Hardware Appliance Setup” in this chapter. If you are using the
Amigopod Visitor Management Appliance in a virtual machine, See “Virtual Appliance Setup” in this
chapter.
Hardware Appliance Setup
Refer to the Hardware Setup Guide sheet included in the box with the appliance for detailed installation
information for the chassis and rack assembly.
Default Network Configuration
The AMG-HW-100 and AMG-HW-2500 appliances have two gigabit Ethernet network ports on the rear of the
chassis.
