The battery
SCR
damaged
The Fault code is
“14”;
The UPS beeps
continuously.
When the battery voltage is more than 300V, the fault signal will
be sent.
It is probably the charger or PSDR board damaged.
Firstly, check that the battery SCR
（
Q305
）
or the battery relay
(RY3
、
RY4) on the PSDR board are well. Secondly, check that the
components for the battery drive signals are normal. Lastly, check
the circuit of the utility power SCR part.
If the PSDR board is ensured normal by check, it may indicate
that the output of the charger is abnormal.
Parallel
communicati
on abnormal
The Fault code is
“15”;
The UPS beeps
continuously.
When the parallel communication between the UPSs is
interrupted, the fault signal will be sent.
Check that the connections of the parallel cable
、
the parallel
board and the cable between the parallel board and the control
board are normal.
Current
Un-share
The Fault code is
“16”;
The UPS beeps
continuously.
When the UPS work in the parallel system, if the share current
greater than 5A and the share current greater than 5*I
Load
or the
share current less than 5A and greater than the I
Load
+4A, then set
the fault flag.
Check the output cable and ensure the length of cable is same.
Error Model
The Fault code is
“17”;
The UPS beeps
continuously.
Ensure the model pin plugs in right position.
SCI RX Error
The Fault code is
“18”;
The UPS beeps
continuously.
When the communication between the DSP and MCU is failed,
the control board is damaged.
Negative
Output
Power Fault
The Fault code is
“20”;
The UPS beeps
continuously..
When the output power on the INV terminal is over -800W, the
fault signal will be sent.
Firstly, check that the input and output connections are correct.
And then check that the INV relays RY1
、
RY2 in well condition, or
the bypass SCRQ207
、
Q208 and their drive circuit are well.
ID Loss
The Warning code
is “21”;
The buzzer beeps
every 10 seconds.
If doesn’t set or set falsely the UPSID, the warning signal will be
sent.
Set the UPSID rightly though the RS232.
Fan
abnormal
The Warning code
is “22”;
The buzzer beeps
every second.
Check that the fan is normal. If the fan is normal, check the fan’s
sense circuit.
CHGR board
abnormal
The Warning code
is “23”;
The buzzer beeps
every second.
When the battery voltage is less than 240V, the CHGR control
signal is ON and the battery voltage is not increased in one hour,
the warning signal will be sent.
For the long backup time model, before replacing the charger
board, firstly check that the CN03/CN05 on the charger board is
