4. The difference between the
±
Bus voltage absolute value
keeps more than 40V for 2 minutes.
Maybe the PSDR board is damaged;
Mainly check that the IGBT and SCR etc power components for
the PFC and the utility power SCR are well. Meanwhile check that
the components on the drive circuit are well.
INV Fault
The Fault code is
“06”;
The UPS beeps
continuously.
When the INV voltage keeps higher than 276V or keeps lower
than 140V for 128 ms, the fault signal will be sent. Maybe the
PSDR board is damaged;
Mainly check that the power components for power INV and on
the drive circuit are normal. Check that the IGBT protective circuit
and some PFC components are normal.
Overload
The Fault code is
“07”;
The UPS beeps
continuously.
Remove unimportant loads to be less than 90%. Restart the UPS
to enter into the INV mode if it is fault at the moment.
Over
temperature
The Fault code is
“08”;
The buzzer beeps
continuously.
When the temperature of the heatsink on the PCB board is higher
than 75
℃
, the fault signal will be sent.
If the temperature of the internal UPS is really high, remove some
unwanted loads. If it is a sense mistake, it maybe misplayed by
the control board or the NTC on the CN107 of the PSDR board is
damaged.
INV output
short
The Fault code is
“09”;
The buzzer beeps
continuously.
When the time that the INV output voltage keeps less than 50V
and the output current keeps more than 20A is over 3 periods, the
fault signal will be sent.
Check that the load switch is in order. Find out how much power
that the user’s equipment has. Find out the features of the user’s
input current.
Communicat
ion abnormal
The Fault code is
“10”;
The UPS beeps
continuously.
The CPU can not build communication and the control board is
damaged.
Battery
Open
The Fault code is
“11”;
The UPS beeps
continuously.
Check the battery. If the battery is damaged, replace the battery
immediately and ensure that the battery breaker is in “ON”
position.
INV relay
short
circuit
The Fault code is
“12”;
The UPS beeps
continuously.
After the Bus boost has completed, the INV PWM is off and detect
more than 80V INV voltage, the fault signal will be sent.
Check that the INV relay RY1 & RY2 on the PSDR board is in well
condition.
INV bypass
short circuit
The Fault code is
“13”;
The UPS beeps
continuously.
When the output power on the INV terminal is over -800W, the
fault signal will be sent.
Firstly, check that the input and output connections are correct.
And then check that the INV relays RY1
、
RY2 in well condition, or
the bypass SCRQ207
、
Q208 and their drive circuit are well.
