11. Manage and Replay the recorded session

To watch the recorded sessions, you need to access to Matterhorn Engage server. Normally
Matterhorn server takes time to prepare and publish the recording. The time is directly
proportional to the recording size and duration. The uploaded recordings are listed in the
Processing
tab of Matterhorn server.
Matterhorn server starts processing the recordings and runs a workflow to prepare the
recording for publish. The Matterhorn server also executes processes to extract the text from
the presentation and segment the recording based on the presentation slides.
Once the recording is published you can watch it.
View the Recording from Matterhorn server

Open the Matterhorn server
•
Click on
Go to Admin Tools
.

Click on
Finished Tab
. Check for the recording.
•
Click on
Play
.
The recording is viewed in the browser.
12. Web Manager
Web Manager of the ViewPoint is an optional module. It is a web interface that can be
accessed
http://IPaddress/vpwebmanager
, The IP address is assigned and shared by the
administrator of the network.
The Web Manager monitors all the units in the network.
