6.3 Classroom Location
This is an optional tab and is configured only if integration with Arrive Edgeless Media Server
(EMS) is available. The EMS must be available in the same network as the unit. When this
integration exists, ViewPoint becomes a resource to the EMS.

Enter the URL of Arrive Edgeless Media server. Click on
Load
.
Host URL
The Building, Location, Floor and details are Populated from the
Arrive Edgeless Media server. Select the room need. Based on your
selection, the Room Name field is populated. The schedule for the
room will be fetched from the server.
Room Name
The Classroom Location tab requires the user to select a venue/room from the existing Arrive
Edgeless Media server.
Note:
The schedule fetched from the Arrive Edgeless Media server can
be deleted manually even 2 minutes before the scheduled time. The
recording for the schedules fetched from the Arrive Edgeless Media
server can be automated. The recording cannot be terminated before
10 seconds of schedule commencement.
