INDIRECT VENTILATION
In case it is not possible to ventilate the pre-
mises directly, use indirect ventilation with air
taken from near by premises, through suita-
ble opening on the lower part of the door.
This solution is only possible if:
• the near by premises are equipped with
suitable direct ventilation as envisioned in
direct ventilation;
• the near by premises is not set-up as be-
droom;
• the near by premises are not common
parts of a building and is not a room with
risk of
fi
re (e.g. a fuel storage, a garage,
etc.).
The near by premises have correct direct
ventilation and the air passage from one
room to another is assured.
FLUES EVACUATION
CONTROL DEVICE
This type of appliances (B11 BS) are equipped
with a device that, in case of
fl
ow of toxic fuel
products into the environment, automatically
interrupts the arrival of gas to the main bur-
ner.
The device automatically activates again
upon every heating cycle.
The ventilation of the near by premises is no
longer su
ffi
cient to guarantee suitable venti-
lation to the premises in which the appliance
is installed, for example, for the installation
of a
fl
ue (see same point in direct ventilation.
IMPORTANT! Should such device
intervene consecutively and repe-
atedly, we recommend switching
o
ff
the appliance and contacting
an authorised after-sales Technical
Assistance Centre to check the cor-
rect evacuation of the fumes and
the conditions of the premises ven-
tilation.
