Warning:
in case of installation of thermostatic valves on all terminals
or zone valves, plese, install a bypass to ensures minimum operating
fl ow rate.
HYBRID MODULE
The external unit water circuit and that of the heating system are
connected in series.
To obtain the total pressure drop of the system, sum the pressure drop
of the hydraulic connections between the external unit, the HYBRID
MODULE, and the heating/cooling system.
For sizing information, see graph.
Keep the distance between the external and internal units as short as
possible.
You can install a supplementary circulation pump if the module's own
unit is not powerful enough. For the electrical hookup, refer to “Elec-
trical circuit”.
WARNING:
ensure full deaeration of the heating system by performing the de-
aeration cycle as described in the ignition procedure, and by acting on
the air relief valve located in the hybrid module, and on the air relief
valves located in the system.

WARNING
The minimum operating fl ow rate of the external unit is:
EU 4kW = 320 l/h
EU 6kW = 420 l/h
EU 8kW = 420 l/h
Consider a safety margin of at least 100 l/h, in order to limit fi lter build-
up.
