3. Lift rear door and install mulch plug.
IMPORTANT:
Mulch plug locks into position.
Ensure that mulch plug is secure by gently
pulling on bottom of plug handle.
4. Slowly return rear door to closed position.
See Figure 14.
5. Open the side discharge cover.
6. Install side discharge chute onto tabs.
7. Slowly release side discharge cover and
allow it to rest on discharge chute.
Mulch Grass Clippings
1. Stop engine, wait for all moving parts to
stop and for hot parts to cool.
2. Lift discharge cover and remove
discharge chute. See Figure 10.
3. Slowly return discharge cover to closed
position.
4. Lift rear door and install mulch plug.
