knownasthe‘throttle’stick)isinthelowestpossiblepositionthemotor/propellerwillnot
spin.
Movingthelefthandstickupwardwillincrease
thespeed/RPMofthepropeller.Increasingthe
speedofthepropellerincreasesthespeedof
themodelandalsoprovidesthethrustneeded
toclimb/increasealtitude.
Decreasingthespeed/RPMofthepropellerby
loweringthelefthandstickwilldecreasethe
speedofthemodelandreducethrustmaking
itpossibletodescend/decreasealtitude.
Duringflightyoucanadjustthethrottletoaposition(typicallyhavingthelefthandstickset
tobetween1/3and1/2ofitstravelabovethelowestpossibleposition)to‘cruise’atagiven
altitude.
