DIRECTIONS FOR USING THE STANDARD PRESSURE REGULATOR

Setting of the switch-on point (the scraper pressure against
the surface maximum)
Attention! May not be adjusted over the centre-mounted
scrapers pressure limit. Regulator does not work if the
pressure is higher than the pressure relief valve.
rpi Needs no adjustment if you do not want to change the
pressure difference. Setting of the switch-off point (the scraper
pressure against the surface minimum). If the pressure is
lower than the switch-off point, increases regulator the
pressure until it reaches the upper limit (the switch-on point).
If the pressure difference is too small / if the difference
between maximum and minimum values is too small, will the
regulator increase pressure too often. This can cause
hysteresis to scraper movements.
dsi Delay of the switch-on point is 1,2 sec.
Time when the regulator starts to increase the pressure.
dri Delay of the switch-off point is 0,0 sec.
Time when the regulator stops to increase the pressure.
oui Switch function of the output
Output = OFF when the switch-is ON (S)
Output = ON when the switch-is OFF (R)

Rise time (damping) is 17 msec. The interval between
pressure measurements is adjusted here.
Locking/release by pressing both buttons at the same time for
about 10 seconds.
