METHOD 1: Cut the Emergency Cut Loop
The FUV features an
Emergency Cut Loop
, located
directly behind the Front Access Panel. The Emergency
Cut Loop is clearly labeled with a tag that is visible when
the access panel has been removed.
1) Remove the Front Access Panel
Twist both thumbscrews counter-clockwise to release the
panel.
Once released, pull the Front Access Panel out and away
from the nose.
