In the unlikely event that your ARCC bike or e2-pod Intelligent Drive System has a
manufacturing defect, we will replace the defective part free of charge if we are notified
within 5 years of the purchase of the bike or system. ARCC bikes are made for use on roads
and well-made paths, they are not designed for cross-country riding as this can overstress
the frame.
If you encounter any problems with the bike or e2-pod, both are covered by our 5 year
warranty. Terms and conditions apply.
Serial and frame numbers
The label at the bottom of the seat tube displays the 5 digit bike serial number, the e2-pod
Intelligent Drive System serial number can be found on the bottom of the e2-pod. The frame
number is normally found on the bottom bracket shell or the rear dropout. If the serial or
frame number is removed or tampered with, the warranty will be invalidated.
