 4.2.2.1  Interlocking 1 & 2-Step Pushbutton Outputs (Relays) 

Interlocked means any pushbutton pair can not be pressed simultaneously as it will 
cancel each other out (requires 2-step relay module).  Refer to section 4.2.1 and
