Troubleshooting

9.1

Solve problems

If the product does not function correctly, consult the table below to see if you can 
solve the problem yourself. If not, contact your supplier.

WARNING

Disconnect and lock the power supply to the product before any work 
is carried out on the product.

Electric motor of 
product does not run

Power of mains is not 
sufficient

Check the safety protection.

Fuse is blown

Check the electrical circuit on 
short circuit. Replace the fuse.

Product makes noise 
or vibrates too much

The fan runs against the 
cover of the motor
Bearings are worn or 
jammed

Replace the bearings.

Bolts between pump and 
motor are not tightened

Tighten the bolts with a 
spanner. Apply the correct 
torque. See the instruction 
card.

Suction and discharge line 
are not supported correctly

Make sure the connections are 
free of tension.

The interior side of the 
product is dirty

Clean the product.

Product is running on a 
wrong operating point

Check the specifications of the 
liquid and product.

Motor and pump are not 
aligned properly

Realign the product.
