5.3

Electrical installation

/i

1. Electrically connect the product according to the tables above.

2. Remove the connection strips in case of a star-delta switch.

WARNING
-

If you do the electrical installation of the product, make sure 
that you are qualified. Obey the local regulations.

-

Make sure that you do not connect the electric motor of the 
product directly to the mains. 

-

Electrically earth the product in accordance with DIN VDE 0100.

-

Use a suitable main switch with adequate safety protection.

-

Read the sticker located on the inner side of the cover of the 
electrical connection box of the motor and compare the data 
with the available power supply.

-

Make sure that the security class of the motor complies with 
the local safety rules.

-

The available voltage and frequency must be the same as the 
voltage and frequency information on the motor identification 
plate.
