Using VoLTE
VoLTE (Voice over LTE) is a system enabling voice calls over
LTE networks. Compared to voice calls over conventional 3G
connections, higher-quality voice calls and reduced time until
ringtones sound are possible.
・Available when the counterpart model is a VoLTE-compatible
model from SoftBank Corp./Y!mobile.
In addition, it is necessary for both handset and the
counterpart model to be within the SoftBank 4G LTE (FDD
LTE) service area, with "VoLTE voice call" and "Use 4G"
enabled.
・For countries and regions supporting VoLTE international
roaming, see " サービスページ (https://www.softbank.jp/
mobile/service/global/overseas/volte/) " (Japanese).

Using HD Voice
Handset is HD Voice-compatible. HD Voice supports a wide
range of audio tones for clearer, more natural-quality voice
calls.
・Available when the counterpart model is an HD Voice-
compatible model from SoftBank Corp/Y!mobile.
・HD Voice is compatible with VoLTE and 3G network. Use HD
Voice with VoLTE for voice calls of even higher quality.
