Importing by Infrared
With handset and other device close together, align their
infrared ports in a straight line.
・Operation may differ depending on the type of files being
received.
Settings Data transfer/reset Data
transfer
Data transfer/Save window opens.
・In Data transfer/Save window,
Preparation to import to
check how to prepare for transfer on the old device.
Start Other mobile phone
Infrared (Start)
Enter an authentication code (OK) Align infrared
ports on handset and sending device OK
Ready screen appears.
・Authentication code allows handset to verify transmission
with correct device. Enter same code (4 digits) on both
devices (code can be anything and is used for only the one
transmission).
Enter authentication code on other device and commence
sending files
Enter Operation Password
・Follow onscreen prompts to save Operation Password if not
saved.
Add registration
Files are saved.
・To delete files on handset before saving new files,
Delete
and register . Follow onscreen prompts.
・If confirmation appears, follow onscreen prompts.
