Inflatable Products

 – Aquaglide makes some of the highest quality inflatable products in the world.

With proper care and maintenance, our products are expected to last for years under normal use. We list
important tips and instructions below. If unsure about any point, please reach us through our website at
Aquaglide.com/contact-us.

Air Pump

 - Use an air pump recommended for inflating your product; a high-volume hand pump is

common. Other frequently used options are high-volume electrical pumps operating on either 12v (car
battery) or AC mains power (120v or 230v) depending on available power sources. Air compressors

designed for high-pressure inflation are not recommended because they can easily lead to over-inflation.

Valve(s)

 – This product uses Halkey Roberts – type (HR) valves. HR valve attaches to product using

a threaded backing plate, making it easily replaceable in the unlikely event of
damage. Access valve by twisting cap counterclockwise. Pull to remove – cap
is attached to valve by lanyard. To close, place cap over valve, twist clockwise
to secure. Note: cap is the secondary air seal. See A.

To inflate, an air pump with Halkey Roberts – type (HR) valve fitting is required.
Insert fitting firmly into valve and twist clockwise to lock in place. See B.

Valve Operation:

To operate Halkey Roberts – type

(HR) valve, press plunger and turn 90 degrees to set

valve for inflate and use (plunger out = 1-way airflow).
Press plunger and turn 90 degrees to deflate (plunger
in = 2-way airflow). Note: valve is primary air seal. After
inflation, close with cap for secondary seal. See C.

Universal Mount Plate:

Product is fitted with Universal

Mount plates designed to fit a wide range of aftermarket

accessories including AG Cupholder, sold separately.
See Aquaglide.com FAQ for a list of useful accessories.
Plate accepts ¼-20 x 7/8” Stainless mounting screws.
Internal hardware is #304 grade Stainless and should be
thoroughly rinsed with fresh water after ocean use. See D.

Molle Plate:

Product is fitted with molle plates

[pronounced Molly - Modular Lightweight Load-carrying

Equipment] designed to fit a wide range of aftermarket accessories including

AG Cupholder, sold separately. Plate accepts standard molle/ pals accessories
with 1” (25mm) webbing ladder. One mesh pouch is included for each molle
plate. To install, push plastic spring-snaps downward through outermost molle
loops, then adjust rope tension to suit needs. See E.

Proper Working Pressure

for each chamber is listed below. Do not overfill or

underfill. Excessive pressure can cause damage to the product and may void

the warranty. Do not use without adequate air pressure.  Product can become

unstable if underfilled and may not support indicated capacity. Use a pressure

gauge (manometer) to carefully monitor air pressure in the product especially
during hot or cool periods.
