Symptom Cause Solution
No hot water - water flow too low to activate
flow switch.
- shower head is blocked with dirt
or lime
- circuit breaker off
- safety thermal cut-out tripped - increase flow volume
- clean shower head or remove
lime scale
- turn breaker on
- reset thermal cut-out
The unit is not being switched on, elec-
tric supply and flow available - the minimum flow to activate unit
has not been achieved.
- filter in cold water connection
line blocked - increase flow volume
- clean the filter screen after
shutting of the cold water supply
Water not hot enough - water flow too high
- heat setting too low - reduce water flow
- turn temperature control knob to
the right (max. position)
