3.3 Assembly tool for seat seal
The assembly tool consists of:

3.3.1 Installation of seat seal in the valve shaft
1.
Insert valve shaft into the body in such a manner that the seal
groove is in the valve body.
2.
Swing the two hinged brackets into the bolts (shaft is clamped).
Clamp the body via the brackets into the vice.
3.
Lightly grease seat seal. Use food-grade grease for this purpose.
Pull seal onto the ring with venting plug until the stop is reached.
4.
Insert the ring with the seat seal into the body and press it down
until it stops.
5.
Insert the thrust ring into the body. Screw on the nut and tighten
it with a hook spanner until it stops.
6.
Loosen nut. Pull ring and thrust ring out of the body.
7.
Take body out of the vice, open hinged brackets and pull the
shaft out of the body. Check correct fit of the seat seal.
