NOTE
THE LIGHTS COME ON AUTOMATICALLY AFTER THE ENGINE STARTS.
LOCK (1): The steering is locked. It is not possible to start the engine or switch on the
lights. The key can be extracted
OFF (2): The engine and lights cannot be set to work. The key can be extracted.
ON (3): the engine may be started. The key cannot be removed
PARKING (4): The steering is locked. The engine cannot be started. The lights of the
front and rear headlamps are activated. The ignition key can be extracted. Once the
key has been extracted, the immobilizer system is active (if present).
Locking the steering wheel
To lock the steering:
• Turn the handlebar completely to the left.
• Turn the key to « OFF ».
• Push in the key and turn it anticlockwise (to the left), steer the handlebar slowly until
the key is set to «
LOCK ».
• Remove the key.
CAUTION
TO AVOID LOSING CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, NEVER TURN THE KEY TO
"LOCK" WHILE RIDING.
