the
vacuum
pipette
appears
off
‐
center
to
the
edges
of
the
nozzle
box,
loosen
4
holding
screws
on
the
upper
heater
head
plate.
36. Manually
move
the
heater
assembly
position
until
vacuum
pipette
is
centered
in
the
nozzle
box.
37. Using
the
lever,
turn
the
nozzle
full
rotation
and
stop
at
each
side
to
check
centering.
It
may
be
necessary
to
do
a
“best
possible”
centering
adjustment
for
vacuum
pipette
to
accommodate
each
side
of
a
full
nozzle
rotation
(4
edges).
38. After
centering
the
vacuum
pipette
to
the
nozzle
box,
tighten
the
4
screws
on
the
upper
plate
and
re
‐
verify
centering.
NOTE:
If
the
3
spring
‐
loaded
heater
head
screws
described
in
Section
3
are
adjusted
off
and
nozzle
is
hanging
too
much
at
an
angle
it
may
not
be
possible
to
center
the
pipette
in
the
box,
this
is
why
it
important
to
perform
nozzle
‐
to
‐
board
co
‐
planarity
adjustment
before
centering.
