connector
as
shown

install
heater
head

pin
RTD
connection
and
large
white
3
‐
pin
power
connection
inside
head;
be
sure
to
route
wiring
away
from
vacuum
tube,
etc.
to
keep
from
getting
‘pinched’
19. Check
airflow
tubing
for
bends
and
kinks
INSTALL
NOZZLE
LEVER
20. Place
rod
inside
nozzle
lever
holder
and
install
nozzle
lever
by
threading
into
hole
on
nozzle
ring
21. Tighten
nozzle
lever
with
a
slight
turn
using
pliers
22. To
adjust
rotation
travel,
pull
off
the
lever
boot
and
use
.035
hex
allen
key
to
adjust
small
set
screw
inside
lever
handle;
when
rotating
the
nozzle
should
have
some
slight
drag
and
not
be
too
loose
Use
small
pointed
instrument
(like
pick)
to
carefully
“squeeze
together”
sides
of
female
“U”
shaped
connector
in
order
to
make
good
connection
with
male
pins.
Be
careful
not
to
damage
connector
or
squeeze
too
much
so
that
male
pin
will
not
fit
inside
Also
use
some
contact
cleaner
spray
on
both
connectors
if
possible
