REMOVAL
1.
Machine
is
OFF;
head
is
at
top
home
position
(preferred)
2.
Remove
any
nozzles
and/or
vacuum
cups
from
heater
head/vacuum
tube
3.
Remove
6x
rear
screws
head
face
cover;
disconnect
LED
2
‐
pin
wire
harness
and
remove
cover
4.
As
shown,
manually
hold
air
cylinder
lever
in
down
position
to
allow
movement
of
the
vacuum
tube
5.
Place
finger
at
bottom
of
vacuum
tube
and
gently
lift
upward
to
topmost
‘up’
position
6.
Release
air
cylinder
lever
to
lock
tube
in
up
position
(this
will
help
‘protect’
the
tube
when
removing
heater
head)
