centered

best
possible
inside
the
nozzle
box.
NOTE:
nozzle
adjustment
is
done
after
nozzle
co
‐
planarity
adjustment.
30. Any
combination
of
VNZ
vacuum
pipette
and
NZA
reflow
box
nozzle
can
be
used,
but
for
more
accuracy
in
adjustment
select
a
smaller
VNZ
and
NZA
combination.
The
following
will
use
VNZ
‐
05
(5mm)
and
NZA
‐
060
‐
060
(6mm
box)
as
example.
31. Install
VNZ
‐
03
vacuum
pipette
into
vacuum
tube.
Attach
NZA
‐
060
‐
060
reflow
nozzle.
32. In
software
manual
mode,
put
the
vacuum
tube
in
FREE.
Use
a
finger
to
lift
up
vacuum
pipette
so
that
it
is
at
same
approximate
level
as
bottom
nozzle
edge,
then
put
the
vacuum
tube
in
LOCK
(old
soft
‐
Down)
to
keep
pipe
in
place.
33. Pull out the camera. In COARSE mode, lower the head to where the reflow nozzle bottom edge is about
1” (25.4mm) above the camera.
Be
careful not to hit the camera with the nozzle or pipe.
34. In
software
image
screen
turn
the
camera
bottom
lamp
all
the
way
down
and
the
top
lamp
all
the
way
up.
Using
software
camera
controls,
zoom
in
and
focus
so
the
bottom
of
the
nozzle
box
fills
the
screen.
