2.6. Maintenance Check List
This checklist is intended as a recommended checklist to ensure safe and correct operation of the
CSP Power Supply. It is intended for trained engineers only. Please refer to system manuals, CSP
documentation or contact Applied Acoustic Engineering if you require assistance. Applied Acoustic
Engineering cannot be held responsible for any equipment damage or personnel injury whilst
following this checklist, this is at the operators own risk.

EXTERNAL INSPECTION

Check rear air intake grills are clear for good air flow. Check front fans operate.

Check HV connector on front panel clean and multi-lam intact

Check all Front Panel Controls / Indicators are secure and operational

Check earth connection on front panel electrically and mechanically secure.
INTERNAL INSPECTION / TEST

Inspect HV Relay contacts – clean or rotate as required.

Check HV and GND connections are secure. (HV Cap, Relay, HV Detect, Dump Board)

Inspect HV Capacitors – replace capacitor with any bulging / distortions.

Measure each HV Capacitor. Replace any +/-10% of marked value.

Measure Dump resistor value to each capacitor.

Remove any debris / moisture from internal chassis prior to reassembly.

Ensure all panel screws are tight and in place.
