15xx Release
Release ID Set Up
To configure or identify a 1500 Release beacon select F1 Release ID Set up:
Press F1 to get the ID of the release
beacon to be configured.
To change the ID select the New
Release ID parameter and using the
cursors set the desired new ID. Press
return to confirm then press F2 to set.
Upon a valid reply the beacon status
will be reported.
Release Beacon ID range 0001 to 1023. Set ID is only available when the Test Transducer is
connected; it is not intended to be used thru water.
Status Messages
Comms error with Release An error has occurred, try again or investigate.
Release ID retrieved Communications OK
Release ID required Interrogate Release with Get ID first prior to setting ID
Release set to new ID New ID confirmed by Release
