5 Function
The aplic charger is intended for charging lithium-ion, Ni-MH and Ni-Cd batteries
(types AA / C / 26650 / 18650 / 18500 / 18350/ 17670 / 16340 / 14500/ 10440).
The two charging slots can accommodate batteries and control them. The batte
-
ries to be charged have to be of the same type. The LED charging status display
indicates the actual charging progress. One illuminated LED indicates a progress
of 30%, two LEDs indicate a progress of 60%. If all three LEDs are continuously on,
then the battery is fully charged. Batteries are not subject to any capacity limits and
can be charged with a charging current of 500mA or 1000mA. In total, the charger
can supply a maximum charging current of 2000mA, and a maximum of 1000mA
per charging slot.
6 Power supply
Use only a power supply, which meets the specifications of this device (DC 4.7-5.5
V
/ 1A-2A). Please note that the maximum charging current depends on the capacity
of the power supply. If the charger is connected to a weak power supply, then the
time required to charge the batteries significantly increases.
7 Setting up
Take the device out of the package and remove all the packaging material. Attach
the supplied USB to microUSB cable to a properly connected power source (e.g.
the power adapter of your mobile phone or your computer's USB port) and to the
battery charger. You can then insert the desired type of battery into the charger.
Caution!
Charge only rechargeable batteries. Please do not use non-rechargeable
batteries!
The LED status indicator begins to flash as soon as a battery is inserted. If all three
LEDs start glowing, then the charging process is completed. Ensure that the maxi-
mum charging current of the charger is maximum 1000mA per battery slot.
If you want to charge completely discharged batteries, it may be that the charging
process is more effective if you charge them using a lower charging current.
