COMMENT
Vertical pan. 0x0 is no pan, 0x10 is 1 pixel right, -0x1 is 1 pixel left. Units are 1/16 of a pixel. Pan
is relative to the source image and not the zoomed image. This allows you to adjust the zoom
without having to recalculate the pan.
Turn on the vertical wrap feature. Do not turn this feature on when the vertical wrap is not required
because it will reduce video quality very slightly at the top and bottom of the video image.

Specifies the type of decimation to use on video playback
Turn off video output decimation. Video will be presented without any special software decimation.
Turn on video output decimation. Only MPEG I and P frame will be decimated. P and B frames
will be discarded.
Turn on video output decimation. Both MPEG I and P frame will be decimated. B frames will be
discarded.
Turn on video output decimation. All MPEG will be decimated and displayed in the decimation
window.
Specifies the first index (range 0 to 8) of the <t position> array to select when cycling through the
array of positions during decimation.
The last index (range 0 to 8) of the <t position> array to select when cycling through the array of
positions during decimation.
Delay the effect of the new configuration until a new video frame is presented. The default is not to
delay the effect.
Turn on the effect.
If this value is set greater than zero, then the message <t API_MSG_VIDEO_DECIMATE> will be
sent when the average image brightness of the decimated image reaches the specified level. This
feature should be used to estimate when enough image information is presented to digest the next
image.
